Craig Alexander has been promoted to co-head of business and legal affairs at New Line and will share duties with Judd Funk.

Alexander and Funk will be jointly responsible for establishing New Line's business policies, negotiating talent and rights deals, and will oversee the legal affairs division.

Alexander has been at the company for ten years and will retain his senior vice president of business and legal affairs title as well.

In the past two years he has overseen all of New Line's international digital distribution. He started his career at New Line as director of business and legal affairs in 1999 and previously worked as an associate in the entertainment division of Troop, Steuber, Pasich, Reddick & Tobey LLP.
