Toronto International Film Festival press officer Andrea Gau is leaving after seven years to launch her own full service PR agency.

 

 

Touchwood PR will focus on the entertainment and film industry both in North American and overseas and has won TIFF has its launch client.

She will continue to handle press for this forthcoming edition of the festival but will focus on developing Touchwood from September.

Prior to joining TIFF, Grau worked for Alliance Atlantis (now Alliance Films) for seven years in a variety of different press and publicity roles.
