That being said the decision is suspect at best since other Israeli sponsored venues were used and it could easily be the case that Ken Loach has made this decision after having had sufficient exposure for his film already and it is now convenient to take this position. It also occurs to me that in order to silence some vocal critics all Israel has to do is spend a little money around the world supporting the arts and those who would have had a voice will now be silent.
