James Mangold's thriller Identity was unable to shake Bruce Almighty from its top spot last weekend despite a strong launch at 26 screens that saw it score the best screen average of the weekend.

Also seeing a stunning launch in eighth place was Dutch foreign language Oscar-nominee Zus & Zo. The comedy about three sisters that try to prevent their gay brother inheriting their beloved family summer home by sabotaging his engagement, received 12,664 admissions over the weekend from just 11 screens to score the third best average of the week.

Local romantic comedy Cleopatra continues to cling to its third spot, with only a 2% dip from the previous week. This coming weekend sees another Argentinian film, Alejandro Agresti's award winning Valentin - picked up by Miramax for the US and Metrodome for the UK. It opens alongside Fox's The League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen and another local drama, Sergio Bellotti's Sudeste, based on the novel by Haroldo Conti.
