Atonement is early BAFTA frontrunner ahead of final nominations
Joe Wright’s Atonement leads the films in contention for the British Academy of Film and Television Awards (BAFTAs). Atonement has 17 recognitions, but it should be noted that includes four nominations within the supporting actress category which will likely cancel each other out before nominations are finalised.
