Kitsch recently starred in TV series Friday Night Lights and will next be seen in Universal’s May 18 release Battleship.
He also starred in the ill-fated John Carter and will collect the CinemaCon Male Star Of Tomorrow Award on Apr 26 in Las Vegas.
Apatow is the highly regarded comedy producer whose latest film, The Five-Year Engagement, is set to open through Universal on Apr 27.
Apatow will receive the CinemaCon Award Of Excellence In Filmmaking honour. He directed This Is 40, the follow-up to Knocked Up, which will open on Dec 21 through Universal.
CinemaCon is set to run in Las Vegas from Apr 23-26.
