John L Babala, Gregory L Rovenger, and Edward T Schultz have joined Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon's business transactions department as partners in its Los Angeles office.

All three were formerly partners with Dreier Stein Kahan Browne Woods George and have strong corporate and transactional practices including extensive experience in the area of private equity.

Their addition to the firm continues Wildman Harrold's expansion into the Los Angeles market, which has been led by its work on behalf of the entertainment and digital media industries.

'These are three highly skilled and sought after corporate attorneys who complement our media and entertainment practice as well as our national M&A, private equity and corporate transactions practices,' M Kenneth Suddleson, head of Wildman Harrold's Los Angeles office, said.

'This growth, and our commitment to the Los Angeles market, will only further enhance the services we offer to clients, both on the west coast and nationally.'

Wildman Harrold launched its Los Angeles office with seven lawyers on August 1 2008.
