Bee Movie, I Am Legend offer competition to Compass
DreamWorks' animated hit Bee Movie gets a big push through PPI this weekend and launches in 24 territories including France on December 12, Germany on December 13 and the UK on December 14.The film has amassed $39m to date and will pose a major threat to New Line International's The Golden Compass, which launches in 16 territories as executives look to bulk up that film's overseas profile.
