Beta has closed pre-sales on Philip Stoelzl’s adventure epic The Physician with Ben Kingsley, Stellan Skarsgard and Tom Payne, as well as Bernard Rose’s mystical biopic The Devil’s Violinist.
Rights to both titles have gone to Luxor for Russia, Bonton for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Blitz for Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia-Herzegovina as well as Italia Film for the Middle East.
Universal will release The Physician in Germany on Dec 25.

Flins Y Piniculas acquired Spain for The Famous Five I and II, AQS will release The Adventures Of Huck Finn in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and P&I Films will distribute Imagine in Russia.
