New York-based GreeneStreet Films is financing the romantic comedyThe Pleasure Of Your Company starring Jason Biggs and Isla Fisher, who recently gave ascene-stealing performance in Wedding Crashers.

GreeneStreet FilmsInternational (GSFI) will commence sales at next month's AFM on the project,which is being directed by Michael Ian Black from his own screenplay about ajilted man who accepts his friend's dare to propose to the next woman he meets.

Bart Walker of CAA is representing North American rights on ThePleasure Of Your Company,which GreeneStreet is producing with Jamie Gordon and Courtney Potts ofFugitive Films, and Sam Hoffman.

Filming is due to begin in November in New York City, andadditional casting will be announced shortly.

Biggs is represented by Creative Artists Agency and by the lawfirm of Ziffren, Brittenham & Branca. He is managed by Management 360.

Fisher and Black are both represented by United Talent Agency, andBlack is managed by Schachter Entertainment.

Under the new presidency of Ariel Veneziano following the recentdeparture of Cedric Jeanson, GSFI is keen to expand its slate and talentrelationships by positioning itself as a more acquisitions-driven company.

Last month thecompany bought worldwide rights to Majid Majid's The Willow Tree, and will also be handling sales at AFMon Wayne Beach's thriller Slow Burn, and Simon Brand's thriller Unknown.
