Fifty Shades Of Grey has raced to $311.7m worldwide via Universal heading into a second weekend it looks certain to dominate.

Sam Taylor-Johnson’s S&M romance adaptation starring Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan has grossed $209m internationally and $102.7m in North America, where Focus distributes with Universal.

Fifty Shades Of Grey stands at $29.9m in the UK, $18m in Germany and $15m in France.

Italy has generated $14m while Brazil and Russia have delivered $13m apiece.

The film opens this weekend in Trinidad and ventures into South Korea next week (February 26), followed by select Middle East markets on March 5 and Egypt on March 11.

Oscar nominee Big Hero 6 has amassed $312.8m through Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures International.

Into The Woods stands at $50.6m and opens this weekend in Germany, Austria, Taiwan, Venezuela and Turkey, among a handful of others.

Sony Pictures Releasing International debuts The Wedding Ringer in 11 territories this weekend including the UK.
