Britney Baby, One More Time is to open the 12th Tokyo International Lesbian & Gay Film Festival, which starts today.Running until July 21, the festival will also feature titles including Nine Dead Gay Guys from the UK, Mango Souffle from India and Girl King from Canada. The closing film will be A Mi Madre Le Gustan Las Mujeres from Spain
