Bill Bromiley has been appointed chief acquisitions officer and Rick Eiberg has been named executive vice president of operations and chief technology officer at Image Entertainment.

Bromiley spearheaded Image's feature film initiative as a consultant from June 2007 until he was hired by Image in January of this year. He reports to president David Borshell.

Prior to joining Image he served seven years at First Look Home Entertainment and was appointed president. Before that he oversaw theatrical at Roger Corman's Concorde/New Horizon Pictures Corp and played a key part in setting up the home entertainment division.

Eiberg has been at Image for five years and previously held the position of senior vice president, operations. Prior to joining Image in April 2003 he spent 11 years at Bell Industries. He reports to CFO Jeff Framer.

Michael B Bayer adds the associate general counsel title to his purview as vice president of business and legal affairs and assumes the duties of Dennis Hohn Cho, who departed the company on March 31.

Bayer joined Image in October 2007 and previously worked for Paramount Home Entertainment from 2004. Before that served at Four Square Productions for eight years, where he was in charge of business and legal affairs and oversaw worldwide distribution deals. He also reports to Framer.
