Carney and Rotheroe take top Raindance honours
John Carney's Once and Dom Rotheroe's Exhibit A were named best international and UK films respectively at this year's Raindance FilmFestival, celebrating its 15th year.There were also honours for Koen Mortier's debut feature Ex Drummer, while the G.J Echternkamp's Frank & Cindy was named best documentary.
