Celluloid Dreams has acquired international rights to Irena Salina's Sundance documentary Flow: For Love Of Water and will commence sales at EFM next week.

Salina shot the film in 12 countries over the course of five years and explores water privatisation, hygiene and the impact of dam construction on local communities. Steven Starr served as producer.

The production team announced that the film will be the first theatrical title to collaborate with the global environmental initiative 1% For The Planet on its eventual release.

1% For The Planet is a growing global movement of 782 companies worldwide that have committed to donate 1% of their profit to a network of more than 1,500 global environmental organisations.

Josh Braun of Submarine is representing domestic rights to Flow.
