The 2012 event — the second under the guise of CinemaCon since ShoWest was phased out — will return to Caesars Palace from Apr 23-26.
More than 5,000 film industry professionals typically attend CinemaCon, ranging from exhibition and distribution executives to equipment and concession providers.
The International Cinema Technology Association and National Association Of Concessionaires will be trade show partners at CinemaCon.
“Without a doubt, the success we achieved in year one exceeded our expectations and we have our friends in distribution and exhibition to thank, “ CinemaCon managing director Mitch Neuhauser said.
“The support CinemaCon received in our inaugural year was simply amazing. But now it’s onto year two and we need to raise the bar even higher, which is a challenge we embrace wholeheartedly.”
