Megan Colligan and Guy Endore-Kaiser have been promoted to co-heads of marketing at Paramount Vantage.

Colligan and Endore-Kaiser, who both joined the studio in early 2006, will work together on release strategy, marketing campaigns and new marketing initiatives for all Paramount Vantage and Paramount Classics domestic releases.

Colligan will continue to oversee publicity and Endore-Kaiser will continue to oversee creative. Upcoming Vantage releases include Arctic Tale, Into The Wild, Margot At The Wedding, The Kite Runner, and There Will Be Blood.

'Megan and Guy have helped shepherd such projects as Babel and An Inconvenient Truth to great success with innovative thinking and skilful execution,' Vantage co-president John Lesher said. 'They have been integral to the growth of Paramount Vantage and these new positions reflect their outstanding contributions.'

Prior to joining Paramount Vantage, Colligan served as vice president of publicity at Fox Searchlight, where she spearheaded campaigns for Thank You For Smoking, Kinsey, Napoleon Dynamite, and Bend It Like Beckham, among others.

Endore-Kaiser previously spent three years at trailer company the Ant Farm, where he worked on campaigns for films like Sin City, Nacho Libre, and Spy Kids 3. Prior to that he was a copywriter at Aspect Ratio.
