John Radel's Singaporean drama Dance Of The Dragon was crowned best festival picture as the first annual West Hollywood International Film Festival concluded its four-day run.

The film earned best director editing and cinematography prizes.

Festival founder Martin De Luca and his team corralled more than 100 films during the event, which ran from July 9-Aug 1.
