UK-based short film label Future Shorts has hired David Bradford as its managing director.

Bradford had been senior advisor at the BBC Trust, head of strategy and ventures at the MOBO Awards, business development consultant at Ministry of Sound and manager of corporate affairs at EMI Group.

Fabien Riggall, Director of Future Shorts said: 'We are very happy to have David Bradford join us at Future Shorts as Managing Director. Joining us from the likes of Ministry of Sound, the MOBO Awards and the BBC Trust, we feel he will help take Future Shorts to the next level.'

Future Shorts runs regular events in 23 countries as well as internet short film channels and the new Secret Cinema monthly event in the UK.
