Brian Dennehy is in negotiations to join new cast members John
Leguizamo, Dan Futterman, Trilby Glover and professional skateboarder
Rob Dyrdek on the crime thriller Righteous Kill, which begins filming
on Sept 4 in Connecticut and New York.

As previously announced in Cannes, Al Pacino and Robert De Niro star
as detectives on the trail of a vigilante killer in New York. 50 Cent,
Carla Gugino and Donnie Wahlberg also star.

Jon Avnet is directing and will produce with Avi Lerner, Alexandra
Milchan, Daniel Rosenberg, Rob Cowan and Randall Emmett.

Overture Films holds domestic rights, with Nu Image/Millennium Films
handling international sales.

Leguizamo will play a police officer who clashes with the detectives,
while Dennehy will be cast as their captain if he comes aboard.

Futterman and Glover will play attorneys, and Dyrdek is cast as a
delinquent who crosses paths with the detectives.

Nu Image/Millennium Films is currently in production on the upcoming
Jessica Simpson comedy Major Movie Star, and recently completed
production on John Rambo with Sylvester Stallone, 88 Minutes with Al
Pacino, and Renny Harlin's Cleaner, which has a world premiere slot at
Toronto.

Overture Films most recently partnered with Nu Image/Millennium Films
on the comedy caper Mad Money starring Diane Keaton, Queen Latifah,
and Katie Holmes. The company is about to commence production on
Traitor, a thriller starring Don Cheadle and Guy Pearce.
