Kenneth DuBow has joined First Look Studios as executivevice president of worldwide sales.

Reportingdirectly to First Look Studios chief executive officer Henry Winterstern andchief operating officer Bill Lischak, DuBow will manage US sales, includingexpansion into syndication, as well as expanding and managing internationalsales.

DuBow mostrecently served as president and chief executive officer of ModernEntertainment, the Los Angeles-based licensing subsidiary of Swedish mediacompany Modern Times.

Prior to this,he served as senior vice president of cable sales at MGM/UA Entertainment andheld in executive sales positions and managed film libraries at ParagonEntertainment and Pandora Films.

"Ken is one ofthe industry's foremost experts in global sales," Winterstern said. "As we moveforward with new projects, Ken will be a valued asset to the First Look teamand we look to him to drive our international business. We are fortunate tohave him aboard."

First LookStudios was formed by Winterstern in 2005 through the merger of First LookMedia and Capital Entertainment. It acquired all of the equity interest of DEJProductions in November.
