Grimm, the new movie by Dutch director Alex van Warmerdam (The Northerners), has been selected for the Toronto International Film Festival (Sept 4-13).

The film will be shown in the Contemporary World Cinema section. Grimm is produced by Graniet Film and sales are handled by Fortissimo Film Sales.

Another Dutch movie, the low budget-production Interview by director Theo van Gogh, has also been accepted for Toronto. It selected one of his previous films,Terug naar Oestgeest, in 1987.

Meanwhile, the San Sebastian International Film Festival (Sept 18-27) has chosen Van God Los, a drug themed crime movie by Pieter Kuijpers. Van God Los is one of the surprise hits at the Netherlands box office this year
