E Pictures, the Korean sales house that was set up a year ago, is launching a new big-budget picture from Zenith Entertainment, the production outfit behind last year's $25m blockbuster My Boss, My Hero.

The picture Four For The King: Code Paris is an Asian action suspense thriller with European elements. A team of professional thieves have targeted France's National Library and decide to go ahead with a daring burglary despite knowledge that the police are tracking their every move.

Jang Hyunsoo, creative force behind Rules Of The Game and Born To Kill, is attached to direct. Production is by My Boss producer and Zenith president Kim Doochan.

E Pictures was launched in April last year as the sales and production finance arm of Myung Film, the company behind Korean box office breakaway Joint Security Area. The outfit has headquarters in Seoul and Los Angeles and is headed by former Korean Film Commission consultant Paul Yi and Myung president Lee Eun.
