Feiffer receives lifetime achievement award from WGAW

Screenwriter, playwright and cartoonist Jules Feiffer will receive the Writers Guild of America, West's (WGAW) ninth annual Animation Writing Award for lifetime achievement.Feiffer's credits include Little Murders (1970) and Carnal Knowledge (1971), both of which earned WGA nominations, as well as 1980's Popeye, directed by the late Robert Altman.
