Voltage Pictures has reported ongoing sales on the Sundance crowdpleaser Tucker & Dale Vs Evil, which screens in the EFM tonight [12].

Rights have gone to Icon Film Distribution in Australia and New Zealand, KSA in Brazil, RCV-E1 in Benelux, and Gulf in the Middle East.

As previously announced Eli Craig’s comedy-horror sold to Wild Bunch for France and Germany, Svensk in Scandinavia, and Maple in Canada.

Sony UK pre-bought UK rights and Andre Boissier’s Revolutionary Media has acquired Eastern Europe and Central Europe rights. A domestic deal is close to be announced. 

Tucker & Dalepremiered at Sundance in the Midnight programme and stars Alan Tudyk and Tyler Labine as benevolent hillbillies who are preyed upon by vacationing college students.

Voltage is also selling here the Orlando Bloom thriller The Good Doctor, crime thriller Sacrifice with Cuba Gooding Jr, thriller Whistleblower with Rachel Weisz, and Faces In The Crowdstarring Milla Jovovich.
