Summerstorm Entertainment and Vandal Entertainment have tapped Kellan Lutz to star in the action-thriller. Highland Film Group will handle sales in Cannes.

Vandal Entertainment Founder Navid McIlhargey is producing alongside Film House Germany and its subsidiary Summerstorm Entertainment CEO Gabriela Bacher.

David Matalon and Matthew Altman wrote the screenplay about a mysterious young man who returns to his brother’s funeral in the Midwest homestead and discovers spectacular skills when he goes up against the local crime lord.

Film House Germany’s film slate includes Big Game starring Samuel L Jackson, Atom Egoyan’s Remember starring Christopher Plummer and Bernard Rose’s Frankenstein with Xavier Samuel.
