Elliot Goldenthal, Howard Shore, and Hans Zimmer will attend a closing ceremony concert in honour of the late publicist Ronni Chasen at the 38th Ghent Film Festival on Oct 22.

Chasen, who died last November in Beverly Hills after a seemingly random attack as she drove home from a premiere party, was a longtime champion of the festival.

All three composers were personal friends of the publicist, who specialised in Oscar campaigns for the music categories, among others.

The 11th World Soundtrack Awards concert will be performed by the Brussels Philharmonic – the Orchestra of Flanders, conducted by Dirk Brosse.
