The Los Angeles Greek Film Festival has appointed former AFI Fest programming coordinator Matt Bolish as programme director for the 2010 festival.

Bolish started his entertainment career at New Line as a member of the production resources team. He has also served as a member of the operations staff at AFI Fest 2008 and 2009 and Outfest 2008, and currently works at the Dallas International Film Festival.

Joining Bolish in the newly expanded programming department is Mathilde Caillol, who started her career with the French Ministry Of Foreign Affairs and served as director of the LA film office of the French Embassy.

“We are in our fourth year and the festival continues to grow by leaps and bounds as the global audience embraces the quality product coming from Greek film-makers throughout the world,” festival executive producer Alex Kalognomos said, adding that this year’s event will run from June 10-13.
