The film-maker and artist will present the West Coast premiere of her new work at the 58th San Francisco International Film Festival on April 28 and 29.

New Society investigates the ways that groups form, change and disintegrate and is said to involve audience participation,

“It is a thrill to partner with the San Francisco Film Society to bring this exceptional artist’s newest work to audiences in the Bay Area in the context of the SF International Film Festival and the Museum’s On the Go initiative,” said Neal Benezra, Director of SFMOMA [San Francisco Museum Of Modern Art.]

“We look forward to continuing to present contemporary performance as part of our curatorial mission and furthering our collaborations with the Film Society once our museum has re-opened.”

The festival is scheduled to run from April 23-May 7.
