Annie Roney’s sales company has wasted little time bulking up its sales roster with films headed for Park City following Tuesday’s announcement on Screendaily that ro*co films international had boarded We’re Not Broke.

The slate now also includes Rise Films’ US Documentary Competition entry The Invisible War, Sundance regular Kirby Dick’s investigation into rape in the military. The Film Collaborative is handling domestic sales on that title.

The Atomic States Of America is another US Documentary Competition selection in which directors Don Argott and Sheena M Joyce explore the dire consequences of living near the Long Island nuclear facility. Argott came to Sundance in 2005 with Rock School.

Ra’anan Alexandrowicz’s The Law In These Parts plays in World Documentary Competition and examines the justice system under the Israeli occupation of Palestine.

In each case Roney negotiated deals with the filmmakers. She also said that Sundance 2011 entry Missreprentation is now available outside the US.

  • The Film Collaborative has come on board as domestic sales agent for Aurora Guerrero’s NEXT entry Mosquita Y Mari. Maya co-produced with Indion Entertainment and Maya International is handling sales outside North America.
