The Park City deals continued to roll in as RADiUS-TWC made its third acquisition of the festival on Lovelace, while eOne picked up US rights to cannibal film We Are What We Are and Magnolia bought Prince Avalanche.
RADIUS-TWC plans an autumn release for Lovelace after buying US rights to the story about the former adult entertainment star turned feminist campaigner Linda Lovelace.
Amanda Seyfried stars in the central role opposite Peter Sarsgaard as Lovelace’s manipulative husband. The cast includes Hank Azaria, Wes Bentley, Chloe Sevigny, Juno Temple, James Franco, Sharon Stone and Eric Roberts.
Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman directed Lovelace from a screenplay by Andy Bellin. The producers are Heidi Jo Markel, Laura Rister, Jason Weinberg and Jim Young. Boaz Davidson, Danny Dimbort, Mark Gill, Merritt Johnson, Avi Lerner, Trevor Short and John Thompson served a executive producers.

Magnolia Pictures acquired North American rights to David Gordon Green’s Prince Avalanche, starring Paul Rudd and Emile Hirsch as two men who develop a friendship while painting traffic lines on a remote country highway.
Lisa Muskat, Derrick Tseng, Craig Zobel, James Belfer and Green produced. Lankn Partners, Dogfish Pictures and Dreambridge Films, whose Todd Labarowski served as executive producer, financed the comedy.
