North American streaming service FlixFling has closed US distribution deals on six films including comedy The Infinite Man and crime thriller AB Negative.

FlixFling also acquired mystery drama Blur, racing documentary Fast Dreams and horror films Tulpa and Salvage.

CEO Thomas Ashley and his team launched the Invincible Entertainment Partners in Cannes with private equity partners.

The Infinite Man and AB Negative will get theatrical releases through Invincible Pictures and will be available on FlixFling and partner platforms.

FlixFling aims to acquire up to six films at each market and the goal is to release the same number each month.

Invincible Pictures is a co-producer with StarStream Entertainment, Abolitta Productions and Kevin Smith’s SModcast Pictures on Smith’s Yoga Hosers to star Johnny Depp and Smith and their daughters.

FlixFling recently closed a VOD and UltraViolet content deal with Warner Bros that includes The Lego Movie, Man Of Steel and the Harry Potter series.

“With these latest acquisitions, we’re fulfilling our promise to offer great independent films exclusively to FlixFling’s customers,” said Ashley. “We’re confident that each one of these new titles will connect with the sizeable audience that makes FlixFling their home for entertainment.”n
