The Film Sales Company has announced theatrical rights sales of documentary Crazy Love to Tartan Films for the UK, Palace Films for Australia and Shani Films for Israel.

All three distributors plan an early autumn release for the film, which is directed by Dan Klores and co-directed by Fisher Stevens and explores a 50-year love affair filled with infidelities, violence and deceit.

The deals were signed during the last days of the Cannes festival. Film Sales Company president Andrew Herwitz says that while distributors from other countries have been pursuing the film no further negotiations are being conducted until Crazy Love gets its US release through Magnolia Pictures on June 1.
