Films by Korea's Kim Jee-woon, Japan's Sabu, Russian directorial duo Boris Khlebnikov and Alexei Popogrebsky, and Hong Kong's Johnnie To are among the first batch of titles confirmed for this year's International Forum of New Cinema at the forthcoming Berlinale.
