Colin Firth, Sam Shepard and Jeffrey Dean Morgan have joined Uma Thurmanon Yari Film Group (YFG) and Team 's romantic comedy The Accidental Husband.

Isabella Rossellini, Lindsay Sloane and Justine Machado are also onboard the project, set to start production in New York today under thedirection of Griffin Dunne.

Bonnie Sikowitz, Mimi Hare and Clare Naylor co-wrote thescreenplay with Kristen Buckley and Brian Regan about a love doctor and broadcaster(Thurman) whose perfect life is thrown into disarray by a listener's vengefulformer lover.

Bob Yari and the Yari Film Group are producing along with Jenniferand Suzanne Todd of Team Todd and Jason Blum of Blum House. Thurman is alsoproducing.

Brad Jenkel, head of production at the Yari Film Group willoversee the project.

Firth recently wrapped on two independent projects, Then SheFound Me directed byHelen Hunt and When Did You Last See Your Father opposite Jim Broadbent and directed byAnaud Tucker. He is represented by CAA.
