The Discovery Of The Year Award contenders are Brian Byrne for Albert Nobbs, David Wingo for Take Shelter, the Fall On Your Sword duo for Lola Versus and Nobody Walks, Lucas Vidal for The Raven, The Cold Light Of Day and Mientras Duermes and Trevor Morris for Immortals.

The award will be handed out during the World Soundtrack Awards & Concert on Oct 20 at the Kuipke Events Centre in Ghent, Belgium.

The event will also celebrate the music of James Newton Howard.
