Ghost House Underground has picked up Dave Payne's horror title No Man's Land: The Rise Of Reeker, which Cinema Management Group (CMG) is selling here and screens in the market today [May 18].

Lionsgate's home entertainment division will release the film in autumn as part of Ghost House Underground's inaugural October Horror slate.

Produced by The Institution, the film follows a sheriff, his son and the criminals they are pursuing who team up to overcome a supernatural force. Michael Muhney, Desmond Askew, Mircea Monroe and Robert Pine star.

'We're in the business of making fun, theatrical quality horror films and hope that this release will set the precedent for a long and profitable relationship with Ghost House,' The Institution's Tina Payne said.

Ghost Houses Undergound's Barry Brooker and Stan Wertlieb negotiated the deal with Edward Noeltner of CMG on behalf of The Institution. CMG has sold the film in more than 30 territories.
