Faction North Ltd works at the cutting edge of features, drama, documentary, TV and cross platform production. Led by award winning producer Grant Keir, the company was established in 1998 and has offices in the city of Edinburgh, Scotland. We are currently co-producing 'A Very Unsettled Summer' with Anca Damian of Aparte Film (Romania) backed by Film i Vast and are in advanced development on the thriller 'Mystery Ride' written and to be directed by Virginia Heath. We recently produced the short documentary 'Takeaway' by Taiwanese Director, Yuhsueh Lin, that screened at the Edinburgh International Film Feastival, 2012.
We are currently developing the documentary 'Caledonia Australis' with Tait Brady's Acme Productions in Australia, backed by BBC Scotland, Creative Scotland and Screen Australia. We are developing the dark sensual thriller 'Bitter Little Twist' set in the dangerous netherworld of surreal Americana.
