UK producers and financiers MichaelCowan of Spice Factory and Phil Hunt of Head Gear Films have launched a new fund for features needed completion financing.

The fund will be open to non-UK qualifying films including foreign-language titles from around the world.

Cowan said: “Phil and I believe that there is a real opportunity here worldwide and Phil has shown this with his involvement there in the Mexican film Rabbit On The Moon.”

Hunt added: “We are very excited to enter into this new phase for Head Gear Films and we firmly believe that Spice Factory will be our perfect partner in finding high quality and successful projects.”
