The producer-financier will run the New York and LA-based company’s film and film consulting business for the company, whose credits include Soul Surfer.

Indomitable founder and CEO Dominic Ianno also announced he has promoted Robert Deege to vp of business and creative affairs and moved Chris Mirosevic up to general manager.

Pollok will work in tandem with Ianno, who served as executive producer on Soul Surfer (pictured), to provide executive producing services that include securing financing and strategic consulting in the areas of risk management and structuring strategies.

They will also source distribution partners and offer distribution strategies for domestic and international markets. The client includes Paul Schiff (Date Movie franchise, Maid in Manhattan) and Hadeel Reda (16 Blocks, Heartbreakers).

Pollok brought the supernatural action thriller Mortis Rex to Indomitable, which Hellboy director Peter Briggs  will direct from his own screenplay.

Prior to Indomitable Pollok ran Saltire Entertainment. He is the former head of production at Studio Hamburg International and before that worked with producers Bob Rehme and Mace Neufeld at Paramount and served as evp of Prelude Pictures.

Deege worked with Ianno as a production and finance contractor before the pair got involved with Indomitable.

Mirosevic has also been with Indomitable since its inception. Since arriving in Los Angeles in 2003, he has worked below the line or in a producing capacity on numerous features, commercials and reality TV shows.
