Lorrie Bartlett, Dar Rollins and Adam Schweitzer are named co-heads of talent and will oversee clients’ careers across film, television, theatre, branding and new media.

The stable includes Christoph Waltz, Kelly Macdonald, Al Pacino, William Hurt, Julia Stiles, Abigail Breslin, Christina Ricci, Frank Langella, David Strathairn, Zoe Saldana and Josh Duhamel.

“The creative community moves seamlessly across entertainment platforms,” ICM president Chris Silbermann said. “We’re realigning our leadership to a forward-thinking approach that encompasses the full scope of representation.

“Lorrie, Dar and Adam have distinguished themselves as exceptional agents and leaders and have earned the respect and admiration of their colleagues and the entertainment community. They are a natural choice to lead our talent department.”

Bartlett joined ICM in 2008 as a senior motion picture talent agent, Rollins was named television talent agent at ICM in 2004 and Schweitzer, who operates out of the agency’s New York office, was promoted to lead the motion picture talent department last year.
