Inother awards presented during the 33rd Flanders International Film FestivalGhent on Oct 14, Gustavo Santaolalla won the Public Choice Award for thesoundtrack to Brokeback Mountain,while Evanthia Reboutsika was named Discovery of the Year 2006 for the music ofMy Father & My Son.

Randy Newman's song Our Town from Cars (music and lyrics) and James Taylor (performer) won Best OriginalSong Written for Film.

The LifetimeAchievement Award went to Peer Raben.
