IMAX signs giant screen deal in Dubai
IMAX Corp. and Dubai-based property developer Meydan LLC have signed an agreement for a giant-screen system to be installed at Nad Al Sheba horse race track, the home of the Dubai World Cup. The installation is expected to be completed by year-end 2009. IMAX says it will be its twelfth screen in the Middle East operational by 2010.
