Veteran entertainmentproducer, executive, and attorney Bill Immerman has joined the Yari Film Groupas senior executive vice president and chief administrative officer overseeinglegal and business affairs.

Immerman will also serve onthe company's executive committee charged with setting key company policies andstrategies.

Immerman began his career asdeputy district attorney for Los Angeles County, and his entertainment industrycareer highlights include senior vice president of 20th Century Fox's featurefilm division, and executive vice president and chief operating officer ofCrusader Entertainment.

"The Yari Film Group hasgrown exponentially over the last two years, with as many as ten to 15 films ayear being shot now," Yari said in a statement.

"While Neil [Sacker] willcontinue as chief operating officer and the Group's lead negotiator on allbusiness and transactional activities, Bill's expertise in meshing legal andbusiness structures is vital for us at this busy juncture.

"His presence will allow theYari Film Group and its companies an even greater ability to grow seamlessly."

The Yari Film Group was setup in 2002 and aims to finance, produce and distribute 10-15 films per yearthrough its various banners.
