Korean importer/distributor Inmoa Entertainment has picked up Bright Star from Pathe Pictures International and Get Some from Summit Entertainment.

Thomas Kim, president of international business at Inmoa, said he picked up Bright Star because 'it's directed by Jane Campion, who does love stories well, and it stars Ben Whishaw from Perfume: The Story of a Murderer, which did well in Korea.'

The period film tells the story of the romance between 19th-century poet John Keats and Fanny Brawne.

Directed by Jeff Wadlow, Summit's Get Some tells the story of a teenage Fight Club. 'We believe in Summit's films, and the story is fresh,' said Kim. 'And it made us think of Once Upon a Time in High School, a similar local film that was a hit in Korea.'

Launched earlier this year, Inmoa previously picked up four films at Berlin including Nu Image's The Black Dahlia.
