Intandem takes on Evie's Apple with Kurylenko

London-based film finance and international sales company Intandem Films has picked up worldwide rights to $8m romantic comedy Evie’sApple starring former Bond girl Olga Kurylenko.

The film is produced by New York and Berlin based Goetz Grossmann and Tobias Meinecke.

Evie’s Apple will be financed as a German-Australia co-production and is set to shoot in the first quarter of  2010.

The film is about a wistful girl living in Brooklyn who imagines a handsome apple farmer is picking the apples at her local grocery store just for her.
