Mark Lindsay's Kimmel International has closed key territories on its slate, led by Killer Films and Ideal Partners' comedy Motherhood starring Uma Thurman and Charlie Kaufman's competition entry Synecdoche, New York.

Sales on Motherhood closed with Telepool (Germany), Leone (Italy), Sponge (South Korea), Nordisk (Scandinavia), Paradiso (Benelux), Sun (Latin America), Village Roadshow (Greece), Italia (Middle East) and Freeman for Eastern Europe excluding CIS. Shooting started on May 5.

Synecdoche, New York sold to Ocean Film in France and Central Partnership in CIS. Sidney Kimmel Entertainment produced.

The recently announced family drama The Greatest starring Pierce Brosnan and Susan Sarandon closed with DeaPlaneta (Spain), Ascot Elite (Switzerland), PlayArte (Brazil), Village Roadshow (Greece), Blitz (former Yugoslavia) and Bonton Film (Czech Republic).

The Fruit Chan horror film Don't Look Up sold to Sponge in South Korea, Italia in the Middle East and Lusomundo in Portugal.

The Samuel Jackson thriller Unthinkable closed with Svensk in Scandinavia and is due to commence filming in Michigan on September 8. Senator holds North American rights.
