New Korean importer/distributor Inmoa Entertainment has announced a slate of deals following their debut at the European Film Market (EFM) in Berlin last month.

Isaac Kwon, chief executive officer, and Thomas Kim, president of international business, hit the ground running and sealed four deals on the Academy Award-nominated mystery thriller The Black Dahlia, starring Josh Hartnett and Scarlett Johansson, from Nu Image; Taxi 4, produced by Luc Besson, from Europa Corp; a pre-buy of Ewan McGregor-starrer sci-fi film Franklyn from HanWay, and table tennis comedy Balls Of Fury from Focus Features.

Inmoa is currently prepping Taxi 4 for a July release and Black Dahlia for an autumn release in Korea.

A newly-established division of IT venture Inmoa Communications, Inmoa Entertainment set out at the recent EFM with an aim to buy four films for release within this year.
