Robyn Meisinger and Adam Kolbrenner have been appointed to head upLos Angeles-based management and production outfit Kustom Entertainment followinga management transition.

Tom Lassally, who along with CSI Capital Management founded Kustomin 2002, is moving to 3 Arts Entertainment and will take his client roster withhim effective immediately.

'Tom has played a most meaningful and significant role in thegrowth of Kustom Entertainment over the last three-plus years,' CSIchairman Leland Faust said.

'We acknowledge Tom's contributions to Kustom and wish himwell with his new endeavor at 3 Arts. Robyn and Adam are well poised to take Kustomand its team to new heights in the coming months.'

Meisinger, who is a partner and manager-producer, has been withKustom since 2002 after arriving from Radmin Co. Prior to that she served at BarryMendel Productions.

Kolbrenner is also a partner and manager-producer and joined the company18 months ago. Previously he was a founding partner of Foundation Managementand worked at William Morris Agency.

'We are both excited about the opportunity to co-manageKustom and to continue to build the careers of our mutual clients. It isbusiness as usual,' Meisinger and Kolbrenner said in a joint statement.

Story editor Trever Stewart and associate manager Chris Cook will continueat Kustom under Meisinger and Kolbrenner's leadership.

Kustom and Lassally are currently producing Town Creek, written by client Dave Kajganich andset up at Gold Circle Films, and recently wrapped production on First Snow for The Yari Film Group, starring Guy Pearceand Piper Perabo.
