Los Angeles and Berlin-based Leomax Entertainment will begin principal photography on the thriller Grace starring Jordan Ladd on April 21 in and around Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.

The story follows a grieving woman who learns that her unborn child has been brought back to life with horrifying consequences.

Paul Solet adapted the screenplay from his award-winning short film of the same name and makes his feature film directorial debut.

Leomax principal Ingo Vollkammer is producing with Cory Neal and Adam Green of Ariescope Pictures and Kevin DeWalt of Dark Eye Entertainment. Leomax Entertainment's Scott Einbinder and Simon Edery are serving as executive producers.

Leomax will distribute and market the film domestically through its genre label Indigomotion in conjunction with Anchor Bay Entertainment, with whom Leomax has a multi-picture co-financing and output deal.

Richard Guardian of Lightning Entertainment is handling international sales and will introduce the project at Cannes.
